Unusual, somewhat dismal place. The drinks are ok; at least they can get rum there. The ambience between the Seemannsklause and the piano bar is certainly a matter of taste and the staff has weaknesses. After a visit, a waiter ran after me across the Platzl to ask if I hadn't stolen one of the apparently valuable cups. Such people are also allowed, but you don't necessarily have to hire them in positions with customer contact. For excellent drinks and a more relaxed atmosphere, I recommend Mr. Mumbles in Klenzestrasse.

Cocktails are first class and delicious. In terms of price, they are also completely okay. Not there that often, but now and then. Always nice and also the great atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere with hammer drinks! A "must see place" in Munich.

We were in Munich this weekend and it was only by chance that we came across the bar. We sat in the lower part of the bar and it was very cozy and comfortable; we were thrilled. The cocktails were just great (especially the "Banana Cow")! We also really liked the service. The bartender was awesome. And the icing on the cake was the great pianist who played live for hours. We would love to come back!

Supposed to be the greatest bar ever but this status is incompatible with such rude personnel and bad service.

Style and class. Great atmosphere, delicious drinks and courteous bartenders. Sometimes it is really crowded so you should always reserve. The bar has two levels. Above more relaxed and casual below with live music or piano. Reminds me of a classy bar in New York. Prices are raised but there is quality. If you would like to have a few drinks with your friends with a good atmosphere, nice atmosphere and mostly pleasant audience, you are in good hands here. By the way, one of my favorites is the “painkiller”, the more in it the better. Otherwise clear recommendation

Great cocktail bar with a tasteful ambience. Delicious, more classic cocktails, small snacks and ambitious bartenders, what more could you want? Reservations are advantageous on weekends.

Lively yet cozy bar. Watching the staff create the drinks is entertainment. Piano bar downstairs provides great atmo. And the staff wonderful. The Painkiller is highly recommended.

Horny cocktail bar in a pleasant atmosphere. Often very crowded and possibly reservation necessary. In the cellar nice with live piano. And the cocktails are of course legendary in all their strengths!

Best cocktail bar in the world!

Open till late even when you don't expect it to be. Great cocktails that help you ignore the desolation engulfing the city in the late ours.

Great piano

Not good at all. Cocktails are watered down and a glass which is like a glacier. Very expensive cocktails. Service is terrible and rude. Many people waited 30 mins for a Guinness which also seemed to have less beer and more water. not worth the experience.

Great place, scores of ambiance and they take their craft very seriously - don’t order beer, they do serve it but will let you know they are a cocktail place.

Food was no good. Too much grease. Service was as awful as in the usa.
